Dee Jones is a seasoned strategic operations leader with a passion for cultivating relationships and tackling complex challenges head-on. With a career spanning various industries, including manufacturing, technology, cable TV, and state government, Dee has consistently demonstrated her leadership capabilities. She serves as the Special Advisor to the Director of the Office of State Human Resources for the State of North Carolina. At the helm of the NC State Health Plan, she implemented innovative strategies that enhanced service delivery for over 740,000 subscribers.

A 22-year resident of Cary, NC, Dee’s commitment to her community is evident in her dedication to volunteering with Advance Community Health and her support of alma mater, NC State. Alongside her husband Patrick, and their son Justin, she balances a love for travel and sports with her professional ambitions.

As the newest member of OSHR, Dee is poised to leverage her dynamic expertise to drive successful initiatives and foster collaborative success. Her forward-thinking approach and unwavering work ethic are set to make a lasting impact on this exciting opportunity.
