Thomas Lussier serves as president of The Lussier Group, LLC, a governmental affairs consulting firm focused on public employee pension and health benefits. Tom also serves as the Administrator and Founder of the Public Sector HealthCare Roundtable, a non-partisan, member-directed coalition that gives State and local health plan administrators a voice implementation of national health care policies. Tom has more than 26 years of experience as a legislator and administrator in Massachusetts State government, including serving as Executive Director and CEO of the Massachusetts Teachers’ Retirement System for 19 years and four terms in the Massachusetts House of Representatives.
