Jessica Linart currently serves as the Director of Insurance at Colorado PERA, which serves as the pension fund for 500,000 current and retired Colorado public servants. In this role Ms. Linart directs strategic planning for PERA’s health benefits program, which is offered to more than 135,000 retirees and their dependents.
